About us
Student body council, Student body delegation, or simply the Student body. All of these have to do with the students' representation, but frequently cause confusion. The most familiar term is the german word "Fachschaft". Unfortunately this ambigious german word has different meanings. It can stand for the Student body's room or the group of students who take an active part in the Student body.
Officially the "Fachschaft" is made up of all students in computer science. Once a year the students elect the Student Body delegation (compareable to a parliament), which then elect the Student body council (compareable to a government).
The Student body meets every Thursday at 6 pm in the Student Body room. Everyone is invited to join the meeting, so just come over and join us!
